Secret Songwriter/Tips

Being a Songwriter has caused me to realize how much songs actually mean to me. There are about my life, the struggles that I face day to day. The ups downs in life that cause me to be who I am today. Without the struggles in our lives, we would not be able to be who we are today.
Many of my friends even to this day don't know everything about me. Have you ever felt like people just wouldn't understand you if they knew everything about you. Well my life's secret is I'm a Songwriter. I write about my life experiences. The times when friends leave you in the dust, people break their promises and just walk away. When you feel like giving up and changing yourself to fit in. I've been there and I know exactly how you feel. When I run into situations that caused me heartbreak, you've just gotta go on and continue to fight for what you believe. It's time we take our songs and so some thing good with them. When you're a secret songwriter many people will soon find out they should of not done what they did to you.
Songwriting is something I enjoy doing. It can be painful when you look back on the memories you have of others. I began to realize when I write a first draft, I pour out all my feelings onto the paper. If someone treated me bad or I feel upset it all goes on the paper. Of course your song lyrics will need a lot of editing but it gets your mind off the situation. This processes has helped me write songs that have true meaning to me. Writing a song can take a day, week, or even a year. Sometimes the longer it takes the better the song is. You want others to be able to understand where you're coming from. Some days song lyrics will just come to me others it might just take weeks. But each day of waiting is worth it. I started songwriting when I was 15 years old. When I look back on the songs I've written it's amazing to the difference in them. I have decided to let my secret come forth. It's time for me to express myself and I want to help others who have been in similar situations.
Being able for me to express myself through songwriting has helped me realize, even when people leave behind and excluded you it's ok. Moving on can be hard but it's just part of life. We have to just be ourselves and no one else. So Be FEARLESS
